Where did you buy your fish from?? i would be tempted to take them back and ask for better fish or your money back. Please dont try to breed from any fish with deformities, they will pass them on to the fry and eventually produce very poor quality stock.

Hi mate, all the best. My fish plans for the new year?? mmmm let me think..

I would like to continue having good luck with my current breeding project and new future ones.
I would also like to master the harder dwarf cichlids and have some success with the Apistogramma Iniridae i am currently keeping.
I have also set the target of aquiring and breeding all nine species in the Pelvicachromis Genus, i have bred two so far, the hardest part will be finding them. I dont think it will be complete in the next year…

I dont know about a price..I always put them on ebay for 99p start and let people choose their own price, that way i dont run the risk of either ripping myself off or offending people with a high price.
Ill list some soon and let you know they are on, i suggest we all watch the first auction and see what they go for..

Hi Katkin, how are you? did you have a nice christmas?
I wouldnt worry about undercutting me, i dont think the market is overrun with Celestials and i havent really got that many(60ish). My local Maidenhead has got a few in for £4.50 each or 5 for £20..It would be nice to get something like that but i doupt it..
Goodluck with yours and let me know how you get on.

That is one cool pet, imagine taking that for a glide in the park lol…

Are they from Australia like Koalas? I want one now..How are you getting on with your new camera, does it take good shots of your fish, it is really tricky to get really clear pictures. I would recommend a big memory card because to get one clear shot i usually take over 50 pics..

They are top pics, what exactly is a suger glider?? where do they come from? I assume they would live in trees and jump from branch to branch?? Beautiful creature.
Your dogs are nice too, keep the pictures coming with your new camera..

Never mind the 60odd fry that i have grown out are looking in good condition and are getting some nice colours, they are still very shy though..

Congratulations simon, how many do you think you have?? They must have hatched and been hiding in the moss when you thought they were eaten.
Merry christmas, did you enjoy your time with the family? Did the kids enjoy themselves?

I would not trust anything else in the tank with fish eggs, if the parents eat them then i am sure that anything with a mouth will snack on them.
Simon, you are best waiting until the fry are freeswimming and eating before adding the snails, the theory behind it is that the snails pick at the uneaten food. I add mine about 1 day after the fry are freeswimming.

    Merry christmas everyone..
