Reply To: evil fish sale’s person!
It wasn’t a LFS really, at least not how I consider them. It was a big chain store. The nice, family-owned place I usually go to doesn’t have these fish, and they were renovating, and don’t have their fish room open yet.
Unfortunately I didn’t see his name tag, and my mom was trying to pull me away and stop me talking.
If I go sometime soon, I”l find out his name (he works there when I tend to go, weekday evenings…) and have a chat with the manager.
On the flip side, the last I went to exchange a male platy for a female I got helped by a really nice guy that loved fish who said my return would be quarintined, not killed like I was hoping they wouldn’t do (I wouldn’t return in that case of course!) And that they did all they could to prevent fish from dieing or being killed. He was into livebeares too, and bred, and crossbred them.
Anyway, it’s nice to know the place has great fish people too. 
I never phone that store and press the number for the “Fish and reptile info” though. Last time I listened to the on hold music for 15 minutes before giving up. :roll:
