    I’m in Dallas, TX USA. I breed Endler’s and Colisa fasciata in a half-whiskey-barrel outdoors. Last C. fasciata spawning produced about 1200 fry. Average water temp is 80-83 (26-28).

    I just obtained 7 captive bred CPDs and they are in 40 gallon quarantine with 15 White Cloud minnows, 5 Chocolate gourami, 4 Croaking gourami, 5 SAEs and 7 Harlequin Rasboras.

    They are shoaling and appear to be very active. I’ve actually been sort of surprised at the CPD’s level of aggression… they’ve been pushing around male White Clouds twice their size.
