Tom2006Participant
I also agree. Shrimp and CPDs just don’t like any fish bigger than the cpds. Unless you have some peaceful catfish that is about it
Tom2006Participantyes its very very common and normally explains why most people pass them by. Mine looked awful in the shop but within a week looked superb!
Tom2006Participantgreat to hear they are doing well!
Tom2006Participantnice tip!! Many thanks!
Tom2006ParticipantConsider yourselves lucky they are double the price here in the uk! Pleased my five wilds have multiplied to 14

Tom2006ParticipantSorry to hear you lost so many. I would never keep them with a betta in fact any other fish other than some peaceful catfish and shrimp
Tom2006Participantsome of mine looked on deaths door only to pull through. I do wonder if it is some genetic weakness
Tom2006Participantthats a shame…mine love to get right into the moss
Tom2006ParticipantYou should do an article…the one if PFK wasn’t great
Tom2006ParticipantWelcome it is a superb resource
Tom2006Participantnice fish…once they start (bn) you can’t stop them! lol
Tom2006Participantnice selection of fish that you breed!! I don’t breed much deliberately but my CPDs spawn now and then. My bristlnose catfish do the same and my Malawi cichlids spawn all the time but eat most of the young. lol
Tom2006Participantnot sure really probably best to contact one of the big chains like maidenhead aquatics.
Tom2006Participanthi they are small so I’m guessing in a well planted tank many shrimplets will survive!
