steveh28Participant
http://www.franksaquarium.com/danios.htm has them for $6. i got my first 6 for $8.95 from the lfs in may, and got 2 more females two weeks ago for $5.50 from the same store. i am qutie sure they were wild caught, but they didnt know what they were the first time and then the wholesaler just dumped the last batch on them, as they didnt want to order any wild ones. apparently the wholesaler couldnt unload them so they just sent them out to stores.[/url]
steveh28Participantmine were down to about 67 for a week or so and seemed quite active and happy, still ate and were visable. i since have added a heater to keep them around 75 for the winter. will probably turn it off once it starts warming up.
steveh28Participanti am feeding mine new life spectrum small fish formula. they are doing well on that, usually 5-6 days a week. occasionally i put some frozen cyclops-eez in for them and they go crazy over that. i have not had a spawn yet, and have either 4m – 2f, or 3m-3f, not sure about one of them.
