out of all those fish all i have is neons with my cpds and the only thing i can say is that neons eat a lot more and a lot quicker, so if you have a lot of fish like that feed something that sinks down to the cpds or make sure they get some food since they arent as crazy about eating

kuhli’s in a 10 gallon tank? u might be able to get one in there kuhlis can reach 4 inches long! i have a kuhli and 5 of our fav fish along with an SAE and 4 tetras in a 20, it really depends on the level of oxygen in your 10 which will be determined by surface area, of course with plants you can keep a few more fish than normal but still i would not put 8 kuhlis in a 10 gallon! maybe just one
