what is the best food to start with?

I have a 10 eggs and dont want to loose them when they hatch.
So, I have live micro worms and live bbs. I am sure the bbs are to big but am not sure about the microworms.
I also have hikari first bites wich is a powder flake food.
any help would be great.
moIf you have plants in there with them they will feed on the tiny organisms and infusoria that present themselves from the plants.
First bites is a good one for them once they have become truly free swimming and then once they are big enough introduce the live food.
If you don’t have live food, I used to make my infusoria by adding a lettuce leaf to a jar of water and putting it on the window sill in the sun for a couple of days.
