I’m in the process of moving tanks around and finishing my fish-room so there still abit shell shocked but there is twelve of them in the tank and hopefully in a month I’ll be working on getting them to spawn.
There darting between a bit of drift wood+Anubis on the left and a huge clump of Java Moss on the right.

Sorry about the water spots on the glass I’m still having problems getting them off.

Nice pics….get some more plants in there and you should see some youngsters survive. The fish will almost certainly be spawning already but will be eating the eggs and young.

    Very nice photos Brad!

What type of equipment are you using? Most of my photographic efforts leave something to be desired…

I’m using a Cannon Rebel T1i with the standard 18-55mm IS Lens + UV Filter.
The “IS” on the lens is shake control which lets me take those picks without a tripod and right up next to the glass with the flash on.

The camera is a little pricy but it makes up for less than steller camera skill plus it does full 720p movies which is better than most of the dedicated low/mid range camcorders.
