I put stones in the leftcorner especially for the rhino’s for digging holes under it:

    leftside :

they dig every day , but too deep so the nest/hole collapse, i saw thursday a floander(achirus achirus) on the leftside:

i was astonished! i saw a fry between the floander and the glas:

a few hours later i saw probably the same fry and it was a young rhinogobius wui:

more than a month ago i discovered at least 4 young rhino’s, last week the biggest was on the floor near a floander:

Wow nice! Tx for all the new pics.

It’s nice to find new fry you’re not expecting at all.

I have 1 fry that has grown a little, from my Golden Wonder Panchax. It’s always hiding at the surface among the plants and “fluttering” to remain at the same spot despite the filter current. Surprisingly it’s managed to remain well-hidden from the other many hungry fishes. I don’t have space for more tanks so it will have to stay in this tank. I hope it makes it to adulthood!

    Your baby gobies are cute…

thank you for the nice reactions! :D

i discovered about 7 rhinoyoungsters, the biggest one isn’t scarred for the big cory’s and L-numbers(loricaridae), a few day’s a go an other rhinoboy or girl tried to get the floor of the tank:

hmmm, they didn’t accept the little one, they were chasing it…, an other time when it’s bigger than..
