So now I gots 9 platies. 4 female, 2 of which are currently huge, especially one that is truly past due date (she looks like a little sphere with eyes, fins and a mouth :roll: )
The new females are small. No obvious pregnancys there.
Got a new male too. Not that I need a new one, but he has a more even orange coloration, which is my preference. Nice and small too. I don’t get larger platies no matter how pretty. Defeats the point of them being ‘dwarf.’
So now I’ve got 4 females and 5 males.
With only two males that will be contributing to any offspring. Ha ha ha…
