Hey everybody, I was wondering if anyone had any advice to improve my setup. The tank I am using is a 7.4 gallon cube aquarium with a mesh covering the bottom inch of the tank which is bare bottom, the mesh is covered with moss, floating hornwort, and a sponge filter. I had some success as it produced roughly 20 fry but, because I did not keep up with water changes I was left with about 6 or 7. The fry appeared on Christmas or the day after. and now that I have moved those fry I plan to try again. Should I continue the same way or should I place a ministek board on the bottom covered with moss and held down by a rock, which is a method used by someone here but I do not know who? Also what is the best kind of moss to use? I have been using java. Thanks
