how to catch in a heavily planted tank

Does anyone happen to have any tips or tricks for catching CPD’s in a heavily planted tank? I’m avoid striping out all my plants and decorations to catch them..but it may be my last resort.

Has anyone tried a bottle trap or any other less invasive tactics?

Good luck shift. This is an age-old problem in the hobby and not just with CPD’s. Keep us posted and let us know what you come up with.

Problem solved, cut a large gatorade bottle in half, sink it and corral some fish into it.. then scoop it up! worked like a charm!
