    Hi, I’m new to the site and I was wondering if I had the right set up for them. I got 10 of them in my 5 gallon (I really don’t need you to tell me about limit) 3 male and 7 female. I got some sort of floating plant and a chain sword. The temp is 78 farenheight and they’ve been eating frozen brine shrimp. I wanna show a picture of the set up but I don’t know how to post it.[/img]

    Hi Jeff!

    I never really had much success until I put a trio into a completely overgrown 10 gallon tank.

    They are not hard to get to spawn, but getting fry raised up is another thing. If there isn’t enough cover for them to hide in, they get eaten before you know they exist.

    Thanks, should I keep the fish water i siphon out when cleaning?
