CPD’s and Glowlight Danios

hi im new here
i just bought my first 6 CPD’S i noticed when i was buying them that some were darker than others so i got 3 darker ones and 3 lighter ones.
im hopeing thay are male and female but being so small and fast ive nat been able to check properlly yet.

i introduced them into my community tank and they seem to like it so far.
but i also have Glowlight danios in there, about the same size as CPD’S.

after a day or 2 the 6 had seperated in the tank. 3 stick together in one corner, not so much hiding, more playing around with each other.
the other 3 have seperated off and have kind of found a space each. and swim around it.

anyway 1 or 2 of the seperated fish keep playing with the glowlights and swimming in circles with them, sometimes facing each other.

anyone have any idea what they could be doing?

they seem to be getting on fine in the tank, and eat well so far.

Sounds as though they are doing fine.

They could be setting up territories or getting ready to spawn (or even both)
