I know that this site is pretty quiet these days but I think it still has it’s place as there are still people who keep and love these fish. When looking for info about CPD I came across this site and the it gives far more accurate and useful information than any other site and I think there are still people with questions. I have tried posting on other forums about these fish but didn’t really get much useful help.

The problem is because there is little movement in the forum people stop visiting it to look at new posts, and then there is even less movement. Is it be possible to subscribe to all new threads, i.e. get an e-mail notification when someone posts in the forum? If it is not already possible I think it would be a good addition. I would be pleased to know when there was movement in the forum, and there might be others who would like it also, it would also help questions to be answered quickly.

I’m not sure to be honest. But when you log in in the top right has the option of showing you new posts. My screen just highlights all new posts with an orange colour in the far left of each topic thread.

Thanks, I’ll do that. If any one works out how to be notified by e-mail I’d still be interested.

Think I have found the answer.

Go into your profile and in preferences you can select to to notified of replies to your messages. Not sure if you can get it to tell you about any messages on the site though.

I’ve done that already, thanks. For now I’ll just have to check the new posts when I log in like you said.
