Are CPD jumping fish ?

    Today I will tell you an amazing story.

    For 3 days now I put my sick fish (see the other topic) in a small hospital tank (2.5Gal at 28°C) I placed about 2″ close from my regular 11Gal tank.
    Both tank occupant can see each other through glasses.
    But this morning I had an amazing surprise… In my hospital tank there was not only my sick fish but a second one !!! INCREDIBLE !!!

    The CPD jumped from the big tank to the hospital tank ! But this small tank about 4″ smaller than the big one.
    The most impressive thing is that my 11 Gal tank has a glass on the top and the only way to jump is a small space less than 1″ large along the front glass…
    It’s incredible, I can’t believe it happened…

    Do you ever see that before ? Did you know that CPD could jump like it ?

    I’ve never seen mine jump or even heard of them jumping before

    LOLL. The problem is it is not really possible…

    yes more than possible. Most fish can jump at times, although probably not deliberately to get out as such.
