When my zebra got neon tetra disease it lost it became quite white, firstly began swimming in circles, then progressed to spinning while swimming.

As soon as I found out what it was I put the poor guy out of his misery. There is no cure, it is fatal, and contagious.

The crooked back is only in advanced stages, so unless there’s other systems I doubt it was the cause.

I’d really clean down your system though. The parasites are likely still in there, if your fish had it. This thing is a really, really bad thing to have in your tank.

There doesn’t have to be neons in the tank for a fish to get it. It was just first discovered on a neon tetra.
