Have a DIY CO2 reactor. It works great! I’ve also noticed that the glass/ceramic diffuser works better than the Hagen “step-ladder” -type diffuser.
Haven’t quite mastered substrates yet… am using fine white lake sand and it seems to be OK but plants don’t seem to be rooting as well as they could be. Need to research this more.
