Yeah, I’ve explored all these live food options, but I just don’t know where to get them locally to cultivate them, other than brine shrimp, which I hatched yesterday, but apparently are still too big for them to eat.
Don’t know anyone experienced enough with these things to take care of my fish. The other (community) tank is “self-sustaining”, complete with timed lighting, auto-feeder and I’m monitoring it via webcam. It’s too big to move elsewhere for babysitting so I’m hoping it’ll hold out for a month. If there’s any emergency as observed thru webcam, I’ll let the landlord know and he can help. Hoping that the fry will get big enough for me to move them to that tank, but maybe not…
Saw 4 at one point, but now I can only spot 2-3.
So maybe I’ll leave them in the small tank, it’s also got timed lighting… there’s lots of algae and snails in there, maybe there’ll be enough infusoria to keep them alive for a month… or, is there anyone here willing to babysit them, who’s in the Toronto area?
