In my tank I put:
Liquifry for the babies…
For the adults (and the larger babies, I rotate between)
Frozen baby brine shrimp
Crushed tetraflake
Hikari micropellets.
My fry are -definitely- eating -something- because they’re noticeably growing in size, so something about this food pattern is working.
