    My question pertains to the overall appearance of many of the CPDs I see, both in aquariums and in photographs, including the photo on the header of this website. The fish appear to be humped over. I’ve see this in older Zebra Danios & their variants and it is not normal for younger fish. Is this just a genetic issue/poor selection of brood stock, or are these fish suffering from some type of disease?

    I know the condition you are referring to, but I’ve never seen it in CPD’s.

    a local PetCo had a supply of CPDs for a while near me. Many of them had this trait. I’m guessing you are correct – poor stock
