I’ve got about 10-15 fry in a small growout tank, with some cory fry. Everything is going well, except that I find it quite hard to do water changes without siphoning out some fry.
Currently, I’m siphoning tank water into a clear plastic container and then looking closely for fry. Each time, I find 2-5 fry that have been sucked up. I use a turkey baster to catch them and put them back in the tank.
I’m wondering if there is an easier way, perhaps putting something over the end of the gravel vacuum. Anyone have a good DIY solutions?
