I had a male get caught in what I believe to be staghorn algae* and he died from a secondary infection in QT. Not really sure how he managed it
*(I had difficulty getting consistent co2 levels in the heat of the summer)
So sorry to hear that…..the poor little fellow!
You wouldn’t even think that something like that could happen.
