Is anybody selling cpd’s as ive not bred these yet but am going to be i currently have 7 young cpd’s and want to gain mixed gene pool :lol:
STE12000 is selling some on ebay at the mo. They are F1’s.
As to whether it is best to mix F1 i dont know.. depends if yours are wild caught or not.
If you go to the Glenrothes auction this Sunday I’ll be selling lots. If not you can have some anytime you’re down near Perth.
I’m in Moray & will have some ready soon if ever your across this way. They are F1.
As said above though, if they are wild specimens you have then there is no need to worry about mixing of the gene pool.
Mixing of F1s is going to have to happen, to keep them available to the hobbyist, that is when it’ll be good to swap fry to keep the gene pool diluted.
